My name is Modestino and I am a wedding videographer.
Interest on photography was born almost by chance: the familiarity with an experienced and successful local professional photographer. In a very short time I discovered a hidden passion that involved me completely. I felt the need to do more for myself, to better express my creativity and communicate with others, to make my vision of reality known.
How did you get into the wedding industry?
I entered the world of photography almost by accident.

What equipment do you use?
Sony a7 III, TRIPOD, TASCAM, INSTAMIC, GIMBAL
What's your favorite part of the wedding day? Why?
I love to live every moment of that day 100%.
"The eye sees what the mind knows' (Goethe).
Any advice for Brides and Grooms?
NONE OF US, AND THEREFORE NOT EVEN YOU, WERE BORN KNOWING WHO WE REALLY ARE.
Any personal advice for fellow Photographers & Videographers?
Videographers and professional photographers co-exist within the event and, although they may often not know each other, they co-ordinate so as not to hinder or influence each other.
Fundamental aspects that harmonise the style of both professionals should be considered when choosing the two.
In order not to run into opposing approaches and styles, it is good to know that many already work with professionals who can advise you.
What were your early influences? Any photographers you looked up to or you still look up to today?
It was the year 2018 when I decided to enter a contest for the first time.
It was a new world for me. The desire to compare, to share helped me constantly and strengthened my knowledge.
How do you prepare yourself before a wedding?
The most important aspects of telling a true story stem from knowledge.
It is crucial for an author to perceive the feelings of the couple, the obstacles and the desires that characterise a marriage.
Choosing the point of view of a Videographer that moves you most is the primary objective if you are looking for something that stays and you can relive it over time.
How long have you been a photographer?
Can you describe your style of your photography?
I love the simplicity of small gestures.
I am an observer and therefore I like to wait for actions to unfold in order to catch unexpected actions and spontaneous emotions.
Over the years, my concept of telling true stories, and therefore different and original, has opened me up to a varied and singular reality.
There is nothing stereotypical about what I try to achieve.
Every wedding has its own specific characteristics.
But, despite their diversity, each story is linked by a single denominator: the attempt to capture reality and bring back to life at every moment, with the same emotion and intensity, all the memories of one of the most beautiful days in life.
